This tea contains no caffeine - steep at 212 degrees minimum of 5 minutes 

ingredients, apple pieces, carrot flakes, pumpkin cubes, flavoring, marshmallows (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, dextrose, corn starch, vanilla flavoring), sweet blackberry leaves, chamomile, freeze, dried pumpkin pieces, flower, Marigold blossoms.

Important always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5 to 10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage.
